Our mission is to stimulate the formation of a world in which art and culture are a powerful factor in social life and the artists are united in their goals to improve the quality of life. An important part of this long road is the collaboration between the municipality, NGOs and business societies for a stable and local development. Another important element is the cultivation of changes in politics in favor of cultural organizations, independent artists and cultural institutions in Bulgaria.
